Wide Plank Floors

Keeping with original Wide Plank Flooring traditions, Wide Plank Hardwood Ltd., manufacturers of wide plank flooring and reclaimed wood flooring believe, the use of wider and longer lengths will reduce the number of end and edge seams in the floor, creating a more authentic looking floor.

From early colonial times, wide plank floors were the most efficient way to produce durable hardwood floors. As a saw was passed through the log, each consecutive plank was a little wider
until the center was reached. The boards were then "edged" to remove the bark and to straighten the edges. The end result was several different widths of wood planks. This style is now called wide plank flooring and may be made from reclaimed flooring or, old reclaimed wood floors, planks and boards.

Every step of the manufacturing process goes through strict and rigorous QUALITY CONTROL so we can guarantee you superior QUALITY
and CONSISTENCY in our flooring products.
